For the first time in German post-WWII history the 2 main partys (that are also currently governing) have lost their absolute majority of >50% .
This is mostly because of the right-wing, anti-islamic AfD which had a party convention a few days ago deciding that they reject Islam, underlining their strict border policy etc...
rundown of the parties:
CDU/CSU : CDU is Merkels party (usually centrist)
CSU is the Bavarian version of it (quite conservative)
SPD: social-democrats
Grüne: lefty-liberal / Hippies
Linke: Ex- commies / far-left
FDP: moderate libertarians /classical liberals
AfD: right-wing, anti-islam, anti-Merkel etc.
Sonstige: other (small& irrelevant ) parties.

They are a social-democratic workers party and swarmping the job market with millions of low-education immigrants is basically a declaration of war against the social-democratic voter base.

And then you've got the Greens and the Left, who are, presumably, as bad if not WORSE than the SPD.
It is pretty much the AfD vs 4 SJW parties.
Not that the UK is much better. Here it is UKIP, which also got ~15% in pre-election polls, instead of the AfD.

The right-wing party in Sweden is the sweden democrats, not social democrats.
Social democrats are center-left and are historically fighting for worker's rights but are liberal on immigration which is agaisnt the interests of workers causing them to go from 40% (in 2002) to now ~20%
