That's their trick. After they changed the rules due to Ross Perot by now making it 15% of the popular vote and on at least 5 polling agencies, they exclude the name from the polls. There are at least 3 different wings of the libertarian party, that being said it's hard to gauge because not many orgs do national polling with regard to the libertarians and there have only been 2 so far, but they indicate that he's doing better among disaffected dems than republicans. It's probably because the greens aren't on the ballot in alot of states and the Libertarians are in all of them.
