>There has never been a major party nominee in U.S. history as unqualified for the presidency. The risk of Trump winning, however remote, represents the biggest national security threat that the United States faces today.
Well, /pol/? This is coming from a veteran conservative mind you, not a Clinton shill.

Obama had almost literally nothing besides being black going for him, Trump is at least an extremely successful business man.

Oh please 99% of presidents sit on their ass and look pretty for the cameras.
The days of the general riding on his horse to lead the armies into battle are over.
>>73462474
Yeah, it's kind of shit. Going by qualifications we'd have to choose between Jeb! and Hillary. First term senators like Obama, Cruz, Rubio can hardly claim more experience than Trump.

>>73462185
It's a good thing experience isn't required. Thank god ANY AMERICAN CITIZEN can be president. Not just political elites.
>>73462185
It's rather see him in office than a lying, war mongering, corporate sell out who gets a large part of her pay from foreign governments.
>>73462185
What people fail to understand about the Trump insurrection is that previous political experience is no longer a valid qualification - in fact - it's become a bad thing. That's why the most effective criticism against Hillary from her detractors is the exact same praise from her supporters: her record. Anyone with half a brain see's it's bullshit for what it is - anyone working the private sector would be shown the door and their name's shunned to be spoken - politics is different and people are starting to wake up to this.
>max boot
Then why make it so any US-born citizen over the age of 35 can run?

>There has never been a major party nominee in U.S. history as unqualified for the presidency
And what has these so called "Qualified" people gotten us? A destroyed economy and country.
>>73464169
This, holy shit. There are no magical requirements for office except those outlined in the constitution. That's what's so fucking amazing about it. Presidents are representatives of THE PEOPLE not representatives of "being presidential".
