Because Jewgle is still the best search engine, and it can find articles, and pieces of information with relative ease, because A) Lods of money was spent to make it so, B) People pay and do whatever SEO manage is necessary to have their site or part of it indexed on Google, C) Most people only index their sites on Google instead of literally who the browser.
