I do, but I don't think we should ever change a symbol that is as old as our current flag. It isn't like a company logo you can just change without it mattering. Look at an old painting, you can see the Dutch flag and recognise the continuity between the Golden Age and our current country. To change the flag would be to sever that line with the past. If Flanders were to ever join the Netherlands, I think the most realistic scenario will be that they would have a large amount of autonomy but will be a part of the Netherlands proper.
