No. It means he's dragging the party into a nationalist platform kicking and screaming. Many current members will defect, or throw tantrums as long as they can. It's going to be messy, but hopefully in the end, the republican party becomes essentially an American First, anti-globalist, national party.
It was going to happen eventually one way or another. There isn't room for two globalist parties in the country, and the patriotic voting bloc was going to revolt one day
