Did Christopher Columbus even do anything wrong?
My understanding was that he was just a guy looking for a trade route to Asia. He thought that by sailing West from Europe that he would hit Asia, he didn't know that the Americas were in the way.
I didn't think that he did anything bad to the Natives, rather it was people who came after him who did.

I think that he might have had his crew kidnap one to bring back to Europe. Or the guy came along willingly. I can't remember which. I read a biography on him years ago and forgot most details.
