I understand that a lot of countries have tried socialism, Venezuela being the most recent and fucked up as expected.
I say this in seriousness, I do want to invest in starting businesses there(even though I'm American).
Chile and Argentina seem like the safest parts. The rest, honestly, seem barely worth the hassle of even visiting due to the danger.
