What do you mean there is no all black teams in pro gaming?
Just few months back Brazilian team won CS:GO Major. Okay it was held in NA so it was not really even a tourney and the top two teams had their stars with hand injury, but disregarding that, the Brazilians were still the best team.
And I think in hltv-rankings there are at least one more Brazilian team in top20 so I'd say Blacks are pretty well represented.
