They change the title every season (Power Rangers Megaforce, Power Rangers Dino Charge, Power Rangers Super Megaforce, etc, etc, etc). And the rangers get replaced regularly. But it's still the same continuity and there's an overarching, continuous plotline going for the entire 25-so years it's been on the air.
And there's been plenty, plenty, plenty of minority Power Rangers. You just haven't been paying attention.
