I look at it like this.
Transcontinental and Arabic slavery are the worst things to happen to African people. Even 150 years removed from American slavery you can still see and feel the damage passed down from the generations. However, once Africans learn why this happened to them, come to terms with their situation and decide to do something to end it, they're not going to be able to be fucked with again by anyone.
