Rwanda has become somewhat succesful - But only after Kegami (or however his name is spelled) is enforcing european values on them with education and imprisoning any male who impregnates teenage girls.
Now they have a sustainable growth rate in population and the girls can get an education, even if basic, to support themselves and their future family.
Yes there are some political repression but those repressed are those fucks that destroys all other african countries.
