Not really. I'm a Mexican-American that is basically right down the middle of the left/right spectrum, and having to choose carefully between Trump and Clinton, who I believe both have good things to bring to the table.
Most of the republicans I know aren't racialists(but then, I'm in Texas, and Texas is one of the most successfully racemixed states, culturally).
And most of the democrats I know aren't really concerned about race, either.
Mostly it comes down to bleeding hearts versus ticking hearts.
Except for the really angry base on both sides, who are essentially irrelevant, because they don't vote.
