Welfare, the judicial system and practically every other program receive their funding no matter what.
There isn't a government agency, maybe other than the DEA and various law enforcement agencies on the borders, that demands an increase in funding because of 'we have too much illegals'. And the DEAs and law enforcements border patrols are no where near 200 billion USD because of immigrants.
Hospitals are funded, welfare systems are funded, the judicial systems are funded regardless of immigrants and they primarily serve American citizens nearly all the time. Additional money doesn't come out of the government every time an extra illegal is dealt with. Unless if you can prove that our government has increased funding just to deal with illegals.
You can argue that welfare is a waste or whatever, but that mostly goes beyond illegal immigrants.
