The only thing that Zodiac Killer and JFK assassin allegations did was prove that internet allegations and news means nothing. By making those hastags, the Trump is racist and Trump is hitler internet news suddenly were faced with the fact that anybody on the internet can say whatever and all criticism against Trump became meaningless.
Pretty much if you accept that Trump is a racist, then you have to accept that Cruz is the son of the JFK assassin and that he is also the zodiac killer because you would be using the same sources.

Yes. Notice that along with the Indiana vote that Cruz conceded the day after the revelations about his father and Lee Harvey Oswald. Some of this was pure trolling but some things, like the JFK and mistress allegations, stuck because there is some kind of truth to them.
