First: calling him "handicapped" paints an inadequate picture of the reporter. You wouldn't generally think of someone who's a fucking paid reporter, publishing their work for the public eye, as being "handicapped." He's probably making more money than you are.
Second: If you actually watch him do it, the gestures he make are much more ambiguous than what you're implying. It lasts for like two seconds, and you wouldn't even link it to a fucking muscular disease, if you didn't know that the person he was talking about had one.
Third: He denies that it was his intent to mock that disability, and claims that he didn't even remember the reporter having it. For some reason Clinton's feigned ignorance about technology is taken without a fucking lash batting, but Trump claiming he didn't remember a quirk about one of the thousands of reporters he's had to deal with seems up the fucking wall.
Fourth: The end game of most of male America is "leaving the reservation" and keeping Hillary out of office. This gaffe was not sufficient to stop Trump's momentum, and is frankly all but forgotten. Forgive me, but I don't have a lot of sympathy for reporters, and I don't think most of America does.
