Did reddit bring down Bernie Sanders campaign? "Feel the bern" has to be the shittiest meme ever. I think everytime a redditor voices his/her opinion, Hillary wins more votes. When they start supporting Hillary her campaign is going down the toilet too.
>“Feel the Bern” began as a simple hashtag and has exploded in popularity over the past few months, becoming the de facto slogan for the Bernie Sanders campaign. The phrase is virtually everywhere now: on television, in print, on T-shirts, even on Snapchat filters.
>The idea came to Wong during a Facebook conversation with a few other organizers trying to come up with “creative and whimsical” hashtags.
>“#BernDownForWhat was mentioned. We thought, ‘what do the kids like?’” Wong said. “We wanted something that would carry his name all across the Internet and be more than just a hashtag. The beauty of the Internet is the way you can express yourself in a very democratic way.”
What do kids like? I think they'd rather jump on the trump train than get felt up by pic related.
They are cancer. They kill the host.
I bet they turned a lot of people off with their constant, annoying phone banking.

The Bernie voters donated so much of their wife's sons welfare, they had no bus fare left to get to the polls.

Reddit, no.
Tumblr, yes.
"Feel the Bern" is centered specifically on Bernie's name. It is a cult of personality slogan, and shows that if anything would happen to Sanders, his support would not unite behind someone else, but fall apart.
Trump never says "I will MAGA," but says "we will MAGA." The idea is unifying, and bigger than Trump himself. If someone similar popped up, then his support wouldn't fall apart.
There's a lot of semantic differences.
