What would happen if Trump made Jim Webb his vice president? Could it actually happen?
How would it be received? Could he sway any Democrat leaning voters with him, or alienate the GOP further?
I think he needs to emphasize the policies where Jim is conservative on and the fact that Webb was formerly a Republican until the Establishment closed their door on him, show him to the public as a moderate and a true war hero.

Webb has already stated that he won't vote for Clinton and would consider voting for Trump. It shouldn't be too difficult to get his endorsement.

Webb is a complete outcast in the democratic party, though. Most people consider him a relic that doesn't even qualify to be in the party. I honestly don't think an endorsement alone would mean much.
