To really make some sense out of statistics like that you'll need to look at other things:
- what % of Poles able to work, actually work in Ger
- what % of Poles pay taxes
- what % of Poles take gov's help
- what % of Poles learns your language (integration)
- what % of Poles create their own businesses and how many ppl they employ
etc etc
Then you can figure out if we do more harm than good.
