America and Australia. Russia is like a hollow baguette: golden crispy on the outside, but no tender yumminess on the inside. They have barely any infrastructure to hold them uo and are collapsing. China is the same atory but is far more reliant on America just to keep its "muh emerging middle class". They're actually mega weak financially. Therefore, Australia would be best because its not massively in debt, is relatively self sufficient, and has interests in the Americas as we would have interests in having a stronger foothold in Asia.
