I remember back in the 1980s that both McDonalds and Taco Bell used to be pretty good.
The Burrito Supreme was $1.49 and it was delicious, but back then they actually cooked ground beef and the base ingredients were real, like real cheese, real tortillas made of flour, and beans cooked on-premises.
Something happened though, corporate profits became more important. Thats why the enchrito no longer has olives on it, because bean counters calculated if they remove the olives, they make $0.01 more per enchirito sold.
