I have a theory why mad don't seen many intelligent species in this universe.
Once a species become too intelligent for its own good, they become else destructive. They lack basic survival instinct and will destroy from the inside by more aggressive yet less intelligent species.
First the whites will cease to exist then the Asians will soon follow.
