Israel and the Zionist military-industrial complex did 9/11 so that they could invade Afghanistan and Iraq to further Israel's foreign policy aims and profit from the rebuilding contracts.
Evidence:
1. WTC7 fell even though no plane impacted it. The BBC reported the fall before it happened.
2. Airport security was managed by an Israeli company with ties to the Mossad.
3. The "Dancing Israelis" were seen dancing and celebrating when the WTC fell, they were located in a vantage point to see the event before it happened, with a videocamera. They had been in the Twin Towers a week before as "Urban Moving Systems" had a maintenance contract. The owner also has Mossad ties. Explosive residue was found in the van. The Israelis were allowed to leave the country with little questioning, when normal flights were grounded.
4. The US Airforce was conducting an exercise involving several simulated hijackings of planes on 911. The exercise interfered with normal operations as air controllers were unable to identify the real hijacked planes from those of the exercise.
5. Larry Silverstein and his son, owners of the WTC, were conspicuously absent on 911 even though both worked there. "Lucky Larry" missed a doctor's appointment and apparently decided to go for a walk rather than have breakfast at the towers like always.
6. There was heavy shorting of Airline stocks right before 911.
7. Cheney directly ordered the F-16s about to intercept the Pentagon crash to STAND DOWN. In normal circumstances those fighters should have been able to intercept and shoot down a hijacked plane in 15 minutes.
8. The 911 commission was directed by the same people that helped cover up Iran-Contra.
9. The evidence linking Saddam to Al-Qaeda was proven to be a Mossad forgery.

If you look at a map of the world, the US was occupying Iraq and Afghanistan, the goal was clearly to use those as bases to invade Iran, which the US almost did around 2007-2009.
It's just that the Iraq War got out of hand. But you can tell it was all part of a long term plan (The "Project for a New American Century") that would encircle Iran and then invade it.
I guess they didn't expect the Iraqi insurgency.
