Average American street. Looks like they live in cuck sheds already.
>>
Looks comfy as fuck, wish I lived there.

I wonder how much it costs
>>

said the American trying to desperately make a point or be interesting for once in his vapid and meaningless existence.

Those homes were probably constructed in the '30s and '40s. Average home size back then was pretty small for most. During the '50s the 1500+sqft home became much more common.

These are nice houses. What I really hate is how it's only gargantuan plastic mega-boxes are being built nowadays.

you can find those 1 story homes for as low as around 30-50k in remote parts of the country. They may need a lot of work, though. You will be isolated from big cities, but that's what you want innit?
>>
>>72575752
I live in northern California. A home like that costs about $350k in neighborhood.
>>
I love living in neighborhoods. Block parties and shit. I'd live there but I need a garage.
>>
Do you have central heating in america? I heard western people just dress warm in winter and endure cold to save moneyz.
>>
>>72575752
>that long ass driveway
>prolly fit 4 or 5 cars there

why can't we go back to that instead of the big ugly 2 car garage in the front that really stores nothing but the household junk
>>
>>72579234
Central heating and air conditioning. The poorest of the poor people on the USA live better than most first world countries.
>>
>>72575752
>buy land in a good area
>hire a builder
>build a nice, modern home
Feels good to be American.
>>
>>72579234
People typically have both, but in places where it's hot as fuck all the time, some people don't use the heater or rarely at all.
>>
>>72580371
>hiring a builder
>not building it yourself
>>
>>72579234
Your pipes would freeze then.
>>
>>72579234
Whoever told you that was either lying or incredibly stupid. Where I live it's worse than Siberia for temperature extremes.
>>
>>72578053
That's the result of mass immagration.
>>
>>72575752
it would be considered a home for three families in a communist country, stop complaining
>>
>>72579234
Maybe in the late 70s.
