ISIS is a proxy army created by the United States and its allies. This is practically admitted by declassified documents. The only question is whether they simply aid and support ISIS or are directly funding and controlling their leadership.
Also, most dollars that go into the US military are deliberately wasted so that more money must be spent. This isn't a bug, it's a feature. It's the ultimate form of wealth redistribution.
