Of course he did. Why wouldn't he gas rebels just a couple of blocks away from where the UN investigators were staying in his own capital city while in the process of winning the war? The fact that mainstream media stopped aggressively pushing the story after Russia came out at the UN and called the accusations bullshit with no evidence while simultaneously providing actual evidence of the rebels having chemical weapons of their own is a simple coincidence.
There is literally no reason to believe that he didn't use chemical weapons.
