I don't know, but Africa has plenty of resources, Firs step to be done is stop all aid and allow Africa to develop an economy. Africa is a generally corrupt place, i've also heard lots of story's of company's helping fuel civil wars. Africa is just getting fucked by their own predisposition to conflict, and everybody having their fingers in the African pie. Not to mention well meant but harmful "humanitarian aid". Africans just need their own forms of nationalism and protectionism or their own African economic coalition. The problem is African's don't often look at their nations, they just focus to small on their tribal/familial lines.
