https://garyjohnson2016.com/

For those of you who don't know Johnson is the Libertarian parties nomination and has a very good chance in winning the election. He is polling in and unprecedented 11% for the Libertarian party. For those of you who thought Rand Paul was the last hope. We have a second chance, Johnson 2016!
>>
>>72476553
>chance to win
Good to see other libertarians on here but I think at most this just shows that the libertarian party is become an increasingly popular alternative to the two stooge parties that currently run the country.
I'm voting for him but I think we should manage our expectations.

If we libertarians. The ones who voted, for Rand Paul, and Ron Paul, just went out on November to the General election polls, and voted for Johnson. We have a chance. With 11% we won't win. That's where the general threads come in. We will take people in and convince them to do the right thing. To vote for Johnson.

Ohh someones getting salty :). We have 11% of the vote which is unprecedented for the Libertarian party. This is a movement. Not like you Trump shills who have no chance of beating Hillary in a 3 way race.
>>
I've voting for Johnson in November just to make a point, but you're being delusional if you think the libertarians have a chance in hell of even remotely winning a single state.

The only way libertarians would stand a chance of winning anything this election would be if Cruz won the RNC, Trump got pissed and went third party, and the same happened for Clinton and Bernie. If the vote's split up four ways, then MAYBE we could pick up one of the smaller and more sensible states.

I do believe we're going to be a force to be reckoned with by 2024 or even 2020.

It is. Any 3rd party is. Look anon, I consider myself a Libertarian. But I understand there's a little thing called being practical.

3rd parties are not practical, especially when the stakes are so high. Look at the big picture also. A Trump presidency only helps the Libertarian Party as not only does he challenge the current establishment neocons, but also is tearing the party itself apart. What party do you think is most poised to fill the power vacuum if the Republicans implode? You have more to gain for the Libertarian party now by supporting Trump than supporting the Libertarian party in the election.

>>72478897
Even then the House would decide president. There is just about zero chance.

This. 2016 is when the libertarians rise to prominence and become a legitimate party in the eyes of people in general.
Promote the party, act as if they have a good chance in 2016 even though they don't, get them "mainstream" then in 2020 or at least by 2024 they win.
