You know, I've been following all the SJW shit for probably two years now, like everybody else, but only today I really realized that this is the whirlwind we're reaping from the baby boomers.
Growing up I remember sometimes feeling confused at how people around me were, how it didn't seem consistent with the way we remember previous generations, how some adults seemed to have a frightening lack of dignity, gravitas, and wisdom. I remember thinking, "I guess I'll magically figure out what I want to do at some point in my early twenties and become the capable adult version of myself."
What I was noticing (without knowing what it was) was the derelict standards of baby boomers as parents. This was something new. It didn't seem sensible or sustainable because it isn't. This was the first generation that told their kids they could do whatever they want, that the world was there to mold itself to their precious vision.
People like Trigglypuff were sold up the river by the previous generation and they never had a chance. The result is that they are virtually babies in a psychological sense. Make no mistake though, Trigglypuff is legitimately the ultimate extreme of SJWism maybe ever. I hope her meme continues to explode because it deserves to. It will only serve to wake more people up.
