Well, if you're trying to outright support all abortion then you have to abandon all morality which states that human life is insignificant or some sections of human life is insignificant (which entails hard racism or eugenics). Exactly the sort, another example would be the case of 'the boy whose skin fell off'. I remember seeing that documentary in my mid teens and the kid outright said 'I wish my mother had aborted me' while she was sitting right next to him.
There would need to be a physicians tribunal set up for outlying circumstances to set common law of sorts which would work under the bounds of statutory law, preferably set by physicians advising politicians.
