No shit, the mining sector slowed down for multiple reasons and an increase of tax in the tens of millions of dollars range for most sizeable mining companies was its death blow. We recently built a house and they came around first day we moved in to hand us a serenity prayer plaque, to add to the 16 others they've given us that now reside in a storage bin in our roof space.
