I was in the same boat friend. My family was "Christian" so far as a bible in the bookshelf and a cross on the kitchen wall.

I didn't start going to church regularly until I was 19 in college. I realized partying, drugs, and degeneracy were not for me. I started going to church and never looked back. It was the best decision of my life.

If going to church is not an immediate option, get your own bible, read a free one online, join christian forums, and most importantly pray at night and whenever you can. I promise you will not regret it.

I have a good friend like you who struggled with his sexuality. He watched a lot of porn, got rejected by girls, and eventually lusted for men. He was depressed, angry, confused, and never satisfied.

But he started going to church even though he didn't believe. It changed his life. He now has a girlfriend, a great circle of friends, and is an active member of his church. Christ can do amazing things in your life if you let him.

Even if you don't believe in Christ, if you open your mind and heart he will find you. Then you will not just believe he is with you. You will KNOW he is with you.

I'm bisexual in the sense that I find men more emotionally attractive than women. I love male bodies but I like female bodies a little bit more. I also want to have children someday so I could see myself dating some guys here and there and finally settling down with a woman and having some kids (fuck adopting with a gay guy because kids need a mom and a dad and I want my kids to look like me).

I like how nobody really gives a shit about being homosexual any more but I think it's gone waaay waaaaaay too far. I would rather live in the fucking Vatican circa the 1300s than live in the faggy shithole we're in now. Also I don't get why some people all of a sudden become women when they find out they're gay. The reason I'm bisexual is because I like dudes, I love acting like one and I love how they act. However plugging into a church will extend you to a network of Christians for knowledge, guidance, leadership, and friendship. They will be there to help you and hold you accountable if you ever fall off course and will strengthen and challenge your faith.

I'm sorry to hear that you have not found a connection with God yet. Starting your path to finding him is the hardest part. I found myself skeptical and unwilling for years.

But a combination of reading his word (even if you don't believe), praying (even if you think nobody's listening), and doing your best to "act" like a Christian (even if you think it means nothing) will lead you there.
