However, race largely factors into it; a black teen and a white teen can be in the same socioeconomic position, but the white teen has a culture that shuns crime and base, senseless violence. The black teen, however, is likely immersed in "thug" culture, one of the most poisonous mindsets in history behind Marxism. "Thug" culture tells the kid that if he ain't stealing, if he ain't slinging dope or crack, and if he ain't fuckin' thirty bitches a week, he a soft pussy.
Worse still, if said black kid tries to rise out of the culture threatening to wrap around his neck like a noose with golden chains (the irony of which is lost on most thug niggers), he gets called out for "acting white" and "being a sellout" - because he doesn't want to engage in self-destructive degeneracy that would put him in jail or in the ground by the time he's thirty-five.

It's a product of the unequal socioeconomic conditions resulting by systematic racism.
Family is the source of culture, culture is a better reason why even high test Indians aren't insanely violent, white people just have this extreme pacifists culture. Without a complete family, its unlikely you can teach your children the entirety of your culture, and that's even provided it's older than a few hundred years.
