Killing prisoners of war is not genocide. It's just a war crime, breaking up the Geneva convention.

There were no genocides. There were massgraves but that was Bosnian infighting, no Serbs involved.
There were also many unjust bombings which led to the deaths of almost all prisoners of war which was blamed on paramilitary forces.
