This would go to great lengths to equalize the Dem advantage with women in the general, that being one of Hillary's biggest demo strengths.
As far as the primaries are concerned, he was already getting women, to the extent that he's getting voters. He doesn't suffer from a major gap as does Trump. If anything, it eats into Kasich's bloc, which is weighted towards women.
