Mobilizing India's military would be a nightmare. Corruption in every level of the government and military means that each step taken will cost tons of money and supplies will be extremely expensive. Poor training and shoddy equipment (muh domestic made poo rifle) means that even if the Indian army made it to a battlefield, they'd shit their pants and run way the moment they would encounter serious resistance (classified as 2+ people with rifles).

I don't think this is correct,though.
If you consider the equipment, training, India isn't all that powerful.
Last I heard, most weaponry is outdated, training is minimal, hell, reserve forces don't even shoot practice for years because ammo is expensive for training such a big military.
Defence budget is increasing but still not enough to warrant proper regular training for troops, most aircrafts are foreign, and at least 1/4th of them are only on paper , yet to be delivered.
However the warships are pretty good but with the amount of corruption in Indian system, I doubt they're even to par and war ready. Probably it'll pull a titanic as soon as it's mobilised for war because the construction funds were cut short.
They still use INSAS but they're (slowly) being replaced by ak-47s.
