The 2nd Amendment is actually very future-proof, because it only mentions arms. This implies that the people shall have the right to "weapons of war" if you would, whatever those may be in the future.
The first amendment, on the other hand, explicitly mentions assembly and printing presses, but makes no mention of telephones, radios, TVs, the internet etc.
