I would agree that people who shave their hair into a particular shapes are worse, not quite the level of makeup but heading in that direction. I shave only because a beard is fucking hot in summer and collects dirt and food. No styles or patterns though.

It's culture. It changes. But a complete lack of irrational behaviour would return us to being primates. At one point makeup worked, it was inventive and not all women did it (80 years ago) but now that it's commonplace we start finding it trite. Cultures define us, and with hindsight they just become history... But labelling changes in culture as the fault of women, just seems like an effort to bash on them exclusively. No point.

I dont blame women. The issue originally rose out of our collective vanity as a species. And I agree that there is probably a culture shift on the way that will move us away from makeup, but at the moment it is still on the rise. And at the moment, the pressure for women to wear it comes predominantly from other women. Thats all Im saying.
