This is true. Biggie freestyled a lot, which is a distinct style of thinking that few have mastered on his level. He talked about a ton of ghetto nigger shit, but also expressed how his life sucked, he regrets dissapointing and worrying his mother, and how he wanted to kill himself. Tupac thought about what he wanted to get across beforehand and wrote rhymes around that, which is why his style was more eloquent and thoughtful, but didnt flow as well as a good freestyler.
Funny thing is people dickride tupac as a "thug poet" and aspire to that, but still havent fixed their communities as he called for.
