Adding to this, fat-logic is insidious. Our minds are great at rationalizing instant-gratification choices. Fat acceptance is normalizing giving up. A person does not need to be a supermodel or bodybuilder to have worth, but we benefit immensely by eating well and being active - mentally as well as physically. For example, exercise is great for combating depression.
We need to be aware that (in modern societies) overabundance of cheap calorie dense food is a VERY recent event in history. We still have our prehistoric urges to gobble food and need to use our wisdom and discipline to make choices that benefit us in the long run. Sacrificing health, longevity, and the ability to move and perform is less important than some mouth pleasure via sugar treats. (and people who say "genetics!" are full of shit, that matters far less than they think. It's just one more excuse and delusion to avoiding accepting you can always do a little better)

Until i finally realized that I looked like shit i started hitting the gym for 16 hours a week, i lost any fat that was on me, i gained like 7 lbs of muscle in just 2 months, and going out helped my skin look better
