I've smoked for seven years now. Now that I am finished college, I am quitting for good because I can't breathe every time I smoke. It's really hard to quit when you're surrounded by smokers. Fucking idiots always want to go for a "smoke break" every ten minutes.

Anti-smoking drugs are garbage as far as I am concerned.
I quit after 30+ years and the ONLY thing that worked was replacing cigs with absolutely nothing, and instead enjoying not being tied to anything. No tapering off, no gum or pills, none of that, I tried all that. Instead I just threw all my smokes and tobacco products out one day.
I have a lot of friends who have been smoking almost as heavily as me for almost as long, and they try gum and patches and vaping and of course the pills, NONE of them have quit. One of my friends died of lung cancer (complications from, not directly from lung cancer) without having quit (he was 32, apparently that shit can happen to young people too) and he was on pills that he for sure took on time like he was supposed to, because I watched him usually.

I Smoke little cigars, in germany we call them "cigarillos" they are the same size as ciggarets, but with a leaf instead of paper.
They taste almost exactly the same, and are 70% cheaper, idk why, but i like em.
My whole family smoked, grand aunt got 98, smoking 2 packs a day and driking, father 60 still healthy somking a pack a day, same with mother.
