Fact is magazine bans or "gun control" will not make a meaningful change to the violence rate or the mass murder rate in the US. The US has been using legislation as a method to curb gun crime for the last 20-30 years and it has not worked.
Technology is flexible and can change over time and that is what guns are; technology. Making legislation in an effort to constantly catch up with technology will mean an ever growing number of confusing and ineffective laws. Just look at California.
Now as a gun owners we are always under fire and effected. It can mean a 10rd magazine ruling that would mean your nice glock 19 will now be restricted to a 10rd mag or maybe tomorrow they will deem the 9mm too powerful for civilians. That is the thing about gun control advocates, they will just throw meaningless legislation in an effort to destroy the gun owning public.
