Even if nigs were left alone for another 20,000 years they would never have developed electronics by themselves.
The only reason this mineral has value is because white innovation gives it value. Without this innovation, it would just be another piece of rock.
Another example is diamonds.

When he died all this treasure was burried with him and all the impis that helped burry him was killed.
Many failed expeditions were launched to try and find his grave but ended in sickness and death.
Those diamonds are still somewhere in Zimbabwe.
