I need your help faggots, I'm trying to come up with reasons why consuming drawn, fictional characters that are underage should land you in prison. That's not the case in the US, but in Canada, UK and Sweden it's completely illegal, because they resemble real children.
Why should we care? Well, I regard it as a free speech issue. If nobody is hurt (fictional characters remember) then why is it moral to rob someone of their life? What are some good reasons to lock these people up? The gateway argument doesn't make much sense because nobody playing violent video games is out there killing people. If we don't allow this form of free speech in a civilized society, then aren't we making way for a slippery slope and soon enough anal sex, oral sex and other forms of sex might be banned too.
I'm obviously not condoning real child pornography, people who consume or distribute it should be locked up. I'm simply saying if we can't look at obscene drawn sex shit, it's very likely by the same argument *they* won't allow us to enjoy our sex robots either.

I agree but for example in the United States you can consume loli as long as it has "artistic, scientific or political value". If I remember correctly this one guy actually evaded going to jail because he argued he was an expert on japanese culture and thus it had artistic value. Someone found 39 loli pics in a collection of 1000s of pics he uploaded on his server and was charged with cp.
It was determined that most of the pics were not depicting real kids, rather they were of a phantasy nature (furries etc). Only 3 pics were considered cp but that was not enough to convict him (one of them was rumoured to be a realistic drawing of his daughter).

I looked for this and there isn't a good Experiment/study that shows a causal relationship between consuming fictional loli and the urge to act out on it in real life/consume cp. I mean if that's the Argument it's not a very substantiated one..
So if you find a guy who consumes loli and then you find cp too, of course you imprison him and get him out of Society before he hurts a child.
But if you find a guy with just loli, drawn shit, then how is it moral to imprison them? If we do that on the assumption that one day he'll be a pedo, aren't we persecuting people on thought crimes?
