There's so many different factors that go into actors salaries, from the contracts created (By their agents) which can in turn depend on how well the movie did. The popularity of an actor as well, as the more popular actors draw more viewers. The skill of the actor, which is a very hard to quantify measure. And the total amount of time and work required for the role.
There are so many possible reasons a female co-worker as an actress may be being paid less for the same movie. That immediately assuming "it's because she's got a vag" makes you a fucking retard.
