Honestly it's not even that hard to lose weight.
I lost about 20kgs just with diet alone. It's really not hard. You just need to start cooking, and only drink water, no fizzy drinks or anything. Stop eating fast food and deep fried anything. And don't fucking eat sweets in big amounts.

But yeah. It's just eating shitty food and living a sedentary life. I'm in culinary school, so I move a lot. I don't get it. I weigh as much as these people, but I don't have that weird shape that requires a chair like that.
