I say nigger all the time, even in Dutch, as long as I'm in private company... Not in the /pol/ sense though, but more in the MTV sense of simply calling every guy or even girl 'nigga' because that was trendy in my formative years, and I just stuck with it. The only connotation 'nigga' or 'nigger' really has in this country are MTV and hip hop..
