What do you think about the welfare queens in the military? Do they deserve respect?
I find it funny that they supposedly "fight for our freedom". How? They are fucking around in foreign countries that have nothing to do with us. Seems like attorneys do much more for our "freedom" and civil rights.

Go back to the 60's, Hippy.

Wars our soldiers fight in contribute to the Leviathan status of the United States and its allies, thus contributing to the protection of Western values and interests. If we left these places with a weak government that we didn't control, another power would come in, suck them dry, and then become more powerful than us. Is that what you want?
nice attempt at a shill thread pal. now go back to your cuckshed and think of some new ideas

Western values? LOL. They should have the troops hand out buttplugs and gay pornography to Arabs. That would show our true Western values to them.

It takes a different kind of person to have no problem killing other humans, and making that known outright.
It's a special group.
Then there's all the faggots who aren't there expressly to slay bodies.

Yeah, like freedom of expression. Stuff like that, you know, the stuff our great political philosophers came up with that no one else values.

Don't attorneys protect out "freedom of expression"?
If some pig cops arrests you for blocking the sidewalk while protesting (aka some bullshit he comes up with) isn't it an attorney who is going to be on your side?

Sure, attorneys do that on the domestic level. Do attorneys protect you from other nations rising up and becoming as powerful as the US and its Western allies? No, that is the job of the military and the NATO alliance.
If you have even the slightest interest in this then stop talking and start reading some political philosophy. Start with the most influential work, The Leviathan, by Thomas Hobbes. The entirety of international politics is based on this book, and covertly domestic politics are too, though the people would never know this.
you have to admit there is a real difference between ww2 vets and iraq 'vets'. Sure they might have seen some action but they werent dodging bullets at omaha and sleeping in mud for years on end. The term vet shouldn't be used for modern military, you can respect them but they have the same level of risk as any other risky service like linesmen laying power grids. These days being in the military is a privilege unlike the sentence it used to be.
Plus the military defending freedom is a bit outdated, just look at sweden or canada
