My honest prediction is a pretty even split, because it is majority take all on a district by district level. Trump will do well around Naptown, and the NW other, Cruz will do better towards the south, the other areas are up for grabs. I suspect the more rural an area the better for Cruz.

Daniels (and friends) did wonders for this states economy. Education went from bad to horrible under him, yes, but the trade off was great. Indiana was borderline West Virginia tier in terms of how low quality of life here was in the early 2000s and was broke as shit to boot. Why do you think they will switch to Trump? I think delegates by and large tend to be more traditionally conservative, and want the most electable candidate. According to most measures Trump is neither of those right now.

There hasn't been any publicly released polls that give a district by district breakdown. That last poll was statewide and gave Trump an 8 point lead, but again not a district by district break down.
This last poll was done before Kasich and Cruz had their deal, where Kasich kind of tacitly told his voters to vote for Cruz in Indiana, so I expect some cross over from Kasich voters to Cruz.
Honestly I suspect a somewhat even distribution of delegates between Cruz and Trump, but the problem for Trump's campaign is he really needs to win like 51 plus delegates, which 51 is all but 1 district. Any delegates he doesn't win in Indiana have to be made up somewhere else and he is running out of states to win them in.

The unbound delegates are people from the local state GOP who have been involved in that process for sometimes decades. These are the people in the GOP that are most anti-trump. They were probably initially Bush, or Christie, or maybe Rubio, but they are definitely putting Trump at the end.
