I say it would take 10 years at the very most.
Assuming our colony ships drop us in with landscaping equipment, mining equipment, raw materials to construct cities and most importantly: steel foundries.
Because the pristine world has the same atmosphere and general make up as Earth, we don't need to worry about too many things. As there would be forests everywhere, basic construction materials would be hyper abundant.
Believe me, the second the colony has its first 1000 tons of steel / day foundry running we are set for the future. We kept all of our knowledge, we wouldn't even need to prospect where the resources are.
As an interim solution for fueling our society we could use oil until hydrogen cars are a reality.
